I have completed my PhD in Astrophysics researching The Morphology-Density Relation of the Local Universe using the HIPASS Optical Catalogue - HOPCAT

The Morpholoy-Density Relation is the phenomena where star formation decreases rapidly with the increase in galaxy density.  I am investigating whether this is due to fewer HI rich galaxies in high galaxy dense regions or that these Hi rich galaxies are present but their is some physical process suppressing the star formation.   

HOPCAT is the Optical catalogue for the HIPASS Catalogue (HICAT).
