Approximate models for a symmetric circuit-switched
network with one and two link traffic
Mark Bebbington, Phil Pollett, Dave Singer and Ilze Ziedins
Abstract:
We shall consider a model introduced by Moretta for a symmetric
circuit-switched network with one and two link traffic. Since the
model is analytically intractible, we shall consider two approximate
models which are analogous to those proposed by Gibbens, Hunt and
Kelly, and Cramertz and Hunt, for symmetric networks with random
alternative routing.
