RINGNET is a circuit-switching network simulation package written by Dave Singer during the period he spent at the University of Queensland as a Vacation Scholar (1992/93). The present version is designed to simulate networks with a ring-like topology. RINGNET is available to the public via anonymous ftp. It includes documentation (written in LaTeX), C code, and associated matlab scripts.
