We welcome second- and third-year UQ students wishing to do research in our group via the Summer and Winter Research Programs.
An Honours degree takes one year and is an opportunity to devote 50% of your time to your own research project.
A PhD is a research degree lasting 3–4 years. Prospective students can take a look at the information from the Graduate School. PhD students are supported by a stipend, which is $28,092 per year as of 2020 and is tax-free.
We are eager to support outstanding candidates in applying for postdoctoral fellowships such as the ARC Discovery Early Career Researcher Award (deadline in February/March).
